7 years’ experience as a project leader and supervisor for several nuclear and government projects throughout the South, including but not limited to, contracts at Savannah River Site, Fort Gordon, and Plant Vogtle Nuclear Units 3 and 4. Developing quality departments, standards, and models to facilitate and improve growth, reduce risk and strengthen communications.
The last 3 years have been in the HCM Service industry, developing and implementing quality strategies for ADP. Building quality models for the multi-billion dollar Small Business Service Market and most recently the the Majors and National level Comprehensive Services Markets.
