"Jason LaClair joined the Army in September of 1995 and retired in 2015. Upon his retirement from active-duty, Jason served as a Department of Army civilian for 3 years. Jason currently works for Northrup Grumman Mission Systems as a portfolio manager. Northrop Grumman Foundation is the primary sponsor for the Air Force Association’s “CyberPatriot” program. Given his background as a soldier, Army civilian and now as an industry representative, Jason has a unique perspective of the relationship between the government, private-sector and academia and the need for an informed and capable workforce. Jason has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alabama and is currently pursuing a Masters of Public Administration from Penn State University.”
